Name of Product: Boon Flair Highchair

Description: This important safety notice involves Boon Flair highchairs manufactured and distributed by TOMY in Europe and the Middle East prior to September 2016.

The Flair highchairs have a grey plastic pedestal base and were sold in 3 colour combinations by TOMY within Europe and the Middle East; white/orange, white/blue, and red/white.

The model numbers of the highchairs that TOMY distributed within Europe and the Middle East are listed below. The model number is printed on a label located under the base of the highchair.

Hazard: The bolts used to secure the seat of the highchair to the pedestal base can become loose and allow the seat to detach, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy: Repair. There is no need for consumers to return the highchair.

Consumers should stop using Boon Flair highchairs immediately and contact TOMY for a free repair. Consumers will receive a set of bolts and split and flat washers to repair the highchair.
