Recall Summary
Name of Product: Boon PIVOT™
Description: Folding toddler tower. The toddler towers were sold in grey and white. The item number and UPC number appear on the bottom of the packaging box, “boon” is visible along the top rail of the product, and a warning label is visible along the side of the standing platform.
Hazard: The recalled toddler towers can tip over while in use, posing a risk of serious injury and death due to tip over and fall hazards.
Remedy: Stop using immediately and email response@tomy.com to register for a free repair kit. There is no need to return the item to place of purchase or TOMY.
PIVOT™ was sold from December 2022 to May 2026 . Approximately 106,000 units were sold worldwide.
403 units were sold in Europe and the Middle East.
Boon is aware of 11 reports involving instability, none of which involved injuries. Although Boon has not received any consumer reports of injuries related to tip over, we are conducting this voluntary recall out of an abundance of caution to address potential tip over hazards.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled PIVOT™ Toddler Tower, store them away from children, and register for a free repair kit. There is no need for consumers to return the PIVOT™ Toddler Tower. Additional details regarding installation will be provided with the repair kit.
The recall affects products sold in the United States, Canada, the Middle East, and Europe (including France, Germany, and the United Kingdom).
